1.F:What machine do you have ?
Q:Our printing machines are all Mimakis,we also have big Mimaki machine can print 200cm width.
2.F:What fabric normally used for flags?
Q:The most used fabric for flags is Knitted polyester 115g.This Fabric is very popular in Europe and North America.We also have other fabrics like Spun POLYESTER 160g,mesh fabric 120g,and also display 230g and so on.
3.F:What size of flag you can print?
Q:The machine's width is 2.6m,so the maxinum width is 200cm.
The standard flag we made is 60*90cm,100*150cm,120*130cm,150*400cm, 200*300cm,and we also print different size of beach flags.
4.F:What kind of art do you need?
Q:We need the file in pdf , cdr or ai .But please make sure the fonts are in curve.
If you only have file in pdf,the resolution should be 300dpi and if the size is 1:1.
Please also make sure the printing area to each edge has 5cm distance.And the thinnest line we can print out is 1mm,so make sure the small line less than 1mm.
5.F:How long the flags will be delivery ?
Q:The standard delivery time is 2~3days ,when the quantity is less than 10pcs.
The delivery time is 7~10days,when the quantity is 100~500pcs.
6.F:What is the price ?
Q:The price we calcauted is according to square meters,the detail price pls check with our sales dirctly.
7.F:What forwarder do you normally use?
Q:For the small quantity and urgent orders we normally use UPS,FEDEX,and DHL.
For the hardware products like the beach flag pole,we normally shipped by SEA.
The customer noramlly order the poles in stock by SEA,and then order the printings from us by express .
